Bob English has been a friend of ours for many years, going back to when our sons were in Cub Scouts. A few years ago, my now adult son was looking to buy his first home in Elizabethtown, and he went straight to Bob. Bob was patient in helping him out on a limited budget and eventually found the right home in Elizabethtown which was a fixer upper. More recently, my father who lives in Manheim Township in Lancaster had decided that he no longer could manage his large square footage home on his own and wanted to sell quickly using one of the “cash offer” companies. I called Bob and asked if he would mind meeting with my father and giving him his professional advice. Knowing Bob’s expertise in the real estate industry, especially in our area, he met with my father and explained to him his options, with a great deal of respect for my father’s inclination to a quick sale. Bob reassured him everything would be taken care of, and it was. Bob was a text or a phone call away throughout the process. He met with my father, myself and brothers’ numerous times, handling anything that transpired. The entire process went smoothly, thanks to Bob who worked on many things behind the scenes that we likely were unaware of. In the end, Bob was able to sell my father’s home in a matter of days, for much more than any “cash offer” company would have done. My family is very thankful to Bob and his staff for making this experience pleasant. My father has lived in this home for almost 50 years and raised our family. He was sad to have to sell and move out. Bob was understanding, respectful, and certainly made this transition less burdensome for my family. Once the sale was finalized, Bob offered advice on how to clear the 50 years’ worth of belongings from the home. Like I said, Bob was there for us at every step, even on the weekends and evenings. My husband and I contacted Bob about 3 years ago to look at a house. Since that day, he was very patient with us. He consistently emailed potential houses to me and would go above and beyond to get us into a particular house for a showing. We finally found the perfect house and then he had the task of selling ours. His expertise got us 30 showings in a 3 day period and he sold our house within those 3 days! Bob did a wonderful job guiding me through the process of purchasing a home. He was extremely knowledgable, and was able to help me with purchasing a short sale during the COVID-19 pandemic. He typically deals in standard sales, however he was still incredibly knowledgable and answered all of my questions through the much more tedious process of purchasing a short sale for my first home. Bob was highly responsive, and I always had a clear view of where we were in the process, and all my questions were answered along the way. If he did not have an immediate answer, he would work hard behind the scenes to get the answers I needed. He also made sure to protect all parties' safety during the pandemic and followed closely the guidelines of the CDC, which I found incredibly respectful and comforting. Bob is extremely professional, and was a great resource to have when considering and purchasing my house. I would recommend him to anyone!

Bob English, went above and beyond his duties, since we were now living 3 hours away from our old home we were selling, and with medical problems that prevented us from dealing with some of the problem that arose in a timely fashion.
